Questions
Will it really be the same person every time?
That is the whole architecture rather than a feature on top of it. She is generated once under neutral light, and every shot after that is an edit against that frame, so the model is told what to keep before it is told what to change. It is not a fresh generation with a similar prompt.
How do I get a model?
You buy a finished model from our store, and she is imported into your studio automatically. You can see exactly who you are getting first, and she comes with her own photographs. Already bought one? The studio can email you your access link.
What does a credit actually buy?
One credit is a still at HD, and sharper resolutions cost two. A clip is 1 to 15 credits depending on how long and how sharp you ask for, and the cost is shown on the control before you spend it.
Can I have more than one model?
Yes — as many as you buy, and each one keeps its own locked face and her own gallery. Switching between them is instant, and deleting one leaves the shots you already took where they are.
Can I cancel?
Cancel renewal any time, from Profile in the app. It stops the next charge straight away and you keep access for the term you already paid for, which is not refunded or prorated. If something is actually wrong, message us and we fix it — we reply within 24 hours.
Is she a real person?
No. She is generated, and so is every photograph and clip you make of her. She is not a stock model and she is not shared with anyone else - she is built from your choices and locked to your account.
